awthentikluxury @plumaesthetics Oh my... I am so sorry, it sounds like a label was incorrectly put on another item the day your bag was also shipped. Did you receive a Damier Ebene (brown/tan checkered) wallet? I can get it fixed immediately. The other individual will also be surprised when they get your bag. This has never happened and I am incredibly embarrassed.

awthentikluxury @plumaesthetics I have reached out to the other buyer and sent Poshmark a note. They will likely provide a label to the other person so they can ship you the LV bag and vice versa. I’ve processed thousands of orders and this has never happened. Your bag was carefully packaged and likely won’t even be opened by the other person. I am so very sorry for the error!

plumaesthetics @awthentikluxury yes, that's the one. I almost didn't open because I figured from the box that it wasn't a bag 🤣 I opened/ repackaged it very carefully. I had this happen another time a few years ago and I just printed another label that the seller sent, I believe? I remember it being an easy fix.
