micheleinla Received the boots you returned extremely damaged - why would you FOLD and cram snakeskin boots into a too-small ENVELOPE instead of the tissue and box they were shipped to you in? They are now misshapen and the scales damaged and missing. As a seller (and one who considers yourself an expert in snakeskin boots) you would have had to realize this would ruin the boots! Since they are damaged and in nowhere near the condition you received them I have no choice but to file a case against you.
