Hello Erica, it looks like they tried to deliver your package today but there was no "secure" delivery at your location. The postman may have left you a notice today. There are notes and the transaction number under the shipping tab.

Hi Erica, I am very sorry that you found the BJ nameplate a little loose when you received it. I would not have sent it to you, had I noticed it. I offer 100% customer satisfaction to all my customers and would have accepted a return and given you your money back. Since you already "accepted" the purchase, Poshmark will not let you return it.
