beatricerod2 @ericaedwards120 I called. They said at this time they see it moving. I told them it shipped out on Dec. 5th and not understanding why it has not made it to its destination. All she said was they can not do anything about it as of right now. They said it shows movement. They also said they are under staff due to COVID. I’m also filed a case.

beatricerod2 @ericaedwards120 hello Erica! Just doing an update. I called the Postsl Office and they say they might of lost it. I’m still waiting on the claim update. If I don’t hear anything by next week I’ll just go ahead and refund you the money.
