Hi. I so that you gave me a one star rating and said the heels were broken. I don’t understand what you mean by broken because they were perfectly fine when I sent them. I even packed them with extra packing materials so they didn’t slide around the box. Can you please clarify because I have never received such a poor rating and I have sold tons of items. Thanks.

@eortiz1937 the strap broke when you tried them on? I know they weren’t broken when I shipped them. And I’ve worn them countless times in the past with no issues. Not sure how that happened, but sorry if it did. I would never intentionally sell broken or malfunctioning items. I added pictures of all their flaws in the post because i wanted to show how they truly look as they were. I just genuinely don’t wear heels anymore which is why I needed them out of my closet.
