karenyvonne hey Emma just wanted to let you know that I canceled your order of shoes as the tap fell off and I had no one in my area who could fix them. However if you don't mind I will send them to you no cost to you and you may have a shoe repair, it's only the tap but all shoe repair around me are closed or went out of business.

emmamikell Hi there, Karen! This pair is darling and I'd love to have it, however, I'm not sure exactly how extensive of repairs our small cobbler shop is able to do. Would it be possible for you to send me a picture of the damage?

karenyvonne @emmamikell since they are listed as sold I can not add picture, if you have a cobbler then he can just pop on a tap, it is just the little plastic tap at bottom of spike. My problem is the 2 cobblers here are out of business. The tap only cost like 5 dollars to repair.

emmamikell Hi there, Karen! I was wondering if you shipped the shoes I tried to buy from your page. If you are not able to, that is completely okay. However, I hadn't received them and was wondering if there was a way to track the package in the event that it had been sent.
