@emmalouiseshop Hello, i apologize for that you were unsatisfied with your purchase. I’ve been out of town and didn’t inspect the boots myself prior to having them shipped. The damage was from the storing, the boots have not been worn since the pictures were posted, those boots are very valuable and can be taken to the cleaners or shoe shop to remove stain . I’m sorry you weren’t happy with your purchase.
