nadinebalbi @epnmiles I feel horrible!! I sold two items the same day and I only printed your label by accident instead of the other label. I sent the other buyers package to your address. I just contacted Poshmark to see what needs to be done but you will be receiving their item unfortunately. It unfortunately is sunglass and not the leggings 🤦🏻‍♀️ I will write you again once I hear back from Poshmark and I will get the leggings in the mail as soon as they give me a new label. I’m so sorry again

In the meantime, we kindly ask that you also reach out to the buyer via the comment section of your listing to request they open a formal request to return this item. Once they open up the request, we will be able to issue them a shipping label or swap the orders. ThAt is the message I received from Poshmark. Are you able to do this on your end for me ?
