Hello! I am the woman you purchased the Bryr clogs from. As I was getting ready to ship them out I noticed there is a chip in the wood on the front left toe. It clearly wasn’t there before as evidenced in the photos. I’m sorry I don’t know how to message you privately to show you photos but I wanted to give you a chance to either cancel the order or still take them for a refund.
