Hi Eloise. I was polishing the necklace before I sent it to you and one of the charms broke off. I am so sorry! Is there anything else in my closet you would like? I've never had this happen before. Sweetheart I have wanted to let you know that I have delayed your shipment because I noticed that in storage the Tommy Hilfiger clutch has been damaged and I do not feel right about sending it to you however I do have a very very nice almost new black and silver coach wristlet that I would like to replace it with would that be OK with you or would you like to choose something else please let me know as soon as possible I am so sorry for any inconvenience this May have caused
