The item was new with tags in plastic packaging The item was shipped Same day - literally less than 12 hours later I took the description directly from the MK website and added more detail I responded to your questions within 1 hour I added a bonus beauty sample for you I’m seriously confused as to how I could have made this a better experience for you?
