charletteanngra @htownqponhauls thank you for your feedback. You had suggested that I work on my shipping time and responsiveness. Did i miss a question from you? I looked back and could not find any unanswered questions. Also the shipping time. You placed your order on August 19th, and then received it on Augest 21st. Do you have shipping tips that I can use that could get items to customers in less than 2 days? I had a perfect 5 star score from every sale I have made.

htownqponhauls @charletteanngra Yes wait for a buyer to respond to your inquiry or problem before canceling order. We could have worked something out on original order when you could not find baby bottle (instead I had to wait an additional week because you would not respond to 3 seperate offers sent on listing (whether declined, countered, or accepted). Only until I outright bought item forcing you to ship did you reply... All could have been avoided with alittle patience and communication.
