I did want to update you, USPS has not scanned in your package yet. sometimes it takes 24 to 48 hours to update but it is at usps. ps_collective @neverland1942 hi Ellie it looks like your Halogen Button Down shirt is still in transit. I Got a notification from Poshmark and USPS that it will be arriving to you late. Now it's even more late so hopefully it will get there soon I just wanted to let you know that I am keeping an eye on it. USPS has been very slow lately but everything does get there.

I do really feel for you because you paid for the shirt and you still have not received it it's been over two weeks. ps_collective @neverland1942 okay so I just got off the phone with usps. I know that you opened a case on the 8th or Poshmark open the case on the 8th for them to find your package so it's been 10 days and they still haven't updated the shipping information so I gave them my number as well so she put in a request for them to get this going it's been essentially lost for almost a month and a half and this is ridiculous. hopefully we should hear back within the next few days.

neverland1942 @prime_style thanks for the update! I reached out to USPS to open an inquiry a little bit ago and they called today with an update. They (woman named Renee) said all USPS has received is a "manifest scan" and there is nothing USPS can do with just the scan and that they cannot resolve the issue.

ps_collective @neverland1942 so then that means we have to contact Poshmark to return your funds and give me my funds. I can't believe this this is insane 😒😔😤 so I'm going to go ahead and tell Poshmark that USPS lost the package and they don't have a physical package of your order and when they do that they usually return your funds and drop my phones in my account because I lost my item and you didn't get mad at me paid for. so sad

ps_collective @neverland1942 that is riddled with typos I am so sorry that is supposed to read, usually when something like this happens what Poshmark will do is they will resolve the issue by returning your funds back to you and dropping my funds in my account since I lost my item without you getting what you paid for. if you never get the package I can never get my funds and since this is nobody's fault but USPS I get my funds and you get a refund... I am so sorry this is happening.

ps_collective @neverland1942 okay I went ahead and contacted Poshmark support. I asked them to please refund you, told them the item is lost I guess USPS lost it. hopefully I will get my money as well I still just cannot believe this is happening...🙏🏻😔💜
