ejenkns @meganr564 hello. Thank you for reaching out. I did have a question. I have some people that want to buy some of my items but they want me to email them and give them a price and pictures? Isn’t that what this app is for? I look at their profiles they don’t have any items listed so I’m just wondering why I need to email them when they can see the items right here? Sorry I’m new to this.

meganr564 @ejenkns Thank God you asked me this because they are scammers. They will email you asking you to send them your bank account information. DONT FALL FOR IT!! Make sure you report their accounts and list it as transactions off the app.

ejenkns @meganr564 and when it says that someone has added one of my items to their bundle what does that mean? What am I supposed to do?

meganr564 @ejenkns A bundle is just like a shopping cart. It allows people to buy more than one item at the same time with the same shipping. Bundle works the same way likes do when it comes to offerings the only difference is you can offer shipping discounts as well. When someone adds something to their bundle you click on it and in the bottom left is the offer button to make your offer.

ejenkns @meganr564 oh I see. So when someone likes one of my items am I supposed to make an offer than? I’m so sorry for all the questions but this is all so new to me.

meganr564 @ejenkns No you’re good! That depends on the person. I personally make an offer everytime someone likes my items because it gets me more sales that way but you don’t have to. You can either wait for them to offer, send offers once in a while, or just leave it.

ejenkns @gpegg hello. I hope you don’t mind me reaching out I had a question regarding a sale that I made. I sold a pair of Miss me jeans size 28 and the lady that bought them said that they did not fit her and that she believes they are not authentic, which they absolutely are, because she has Miss me jeans that are 28 that fit her and these ones didn’t. How do you handle a situation like that.?

gpegg @ejenkns I am pretty sure she will have to get a ticket from Poshmark to send them back to you but she will have to make the first move she will have to complain to Poshmark that she thinks they r not authentic

ejenkns @gpegg thank you for letting me know. Posh Mark actually did reach out to me and I sent them a comment. And since then she sent me a comment back apologizing and basically said they just don’t fit her.
