You purchased the electric karma sandals from me. Why didn’t you open a case to return them if you felt the sizing was wrong? I would have taken them back. Im a size 10 as well and they fit me so for me to describe them anything other than a 10 would be wrong. I’d suggest next time you encounter a problem contact the person to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation before giving them a poor rating
