I will be adding clothes slowly over the next few months, I have just a whole lot to list. And, for sure, if you see something you like I hope you won’t be shy and give me an offer, I love offers above all. I also like to make offers if someone lets me know they like one, or more, of my listings. Bundles are a deal! I live on a ridge deep in the woods about 30 min. from Nashville, deer, hawks and turkeys all around! Back in 1984 my brother and father had a bet. My brother said he could build a livable house for $20k or under. Dad said okay find the land I will buy it and finance the house, if you loose we sell it all, if not you can buy from me. My brother found the land. And then he built a house, when done, it cost a little under $20,000. My father and mother went and saw the finished project. When they got back home, I was there, dad told mother he had come to a decision. He said that my brother had won the bet. Then he said he would finance one for me, but. . . . . I had to build it, with my brothers help, of course. Now, I had a full time job, was recently divorced and had 2 1/2 year old daughter. I also had to clear the land I picked for building it on. That took me 6 months living in a tent on weekends with my daughter, just to clear my piece of land, we had a blast! Anyway we have since added on and fixed up our houses and paid dad off.
