juliavry Hi! I can’t figure out how to message you. You bought the nude heels I was selling. They’ve been in the back of my closet (never worn) for about a year and when I took them out to ship them, I noticed the straps are coming unglued. They are still wearable, I just didn’t feel right sending them like that without telling you. We can either cancel the order or id be willing to give you a major discount. I’ll try and send a picture so you can decide.
