luxeeverlasting @luckysgirl11511 ummm. you opened a case simply to “make the seller aware of it”? ma’am that is what messages are for......you got an insane deal on a brand new item, and I know without a doubt in my mind that it was in perfect condition when sent. All of this is adolescent behavior, and it’s insane. You have been blocked and i sincerely hope you can figure out some basic communication skills.

lisalevin Hi! Thanks for your eye shadow pallet purchase. It has been stored for a bit and upon locating it today I noticed a half inch gouge on the front cover that must have occurred post listing because the photos on this listing dont show it. The cover is made of a soft spongy material. Just want to check to see if you still want this item. Let me know.
