e_beechey @quebecstarr I have received 2-3 star ratings for my own personal mistakes as well. You sent me the wrong key case without authentication and it was more damaged than what I paid for. I understand this may be upsetting and I understand that it may not seem fair but then again I feel like you should work on labeling and having more control with your inventory.
