k9heart_soul Elif, so incredibly sorry that the sweater has a one inch cut on sleeve. I have received a credit for the sweater and will file as biz loss. It's so sad as the sweater is so soft and beautiful. My apologies.

k9heart_soul @eliflonder not sure, I was going to contact designer website. I have a St. John knit dress someone wanted to know if it could be hemmed, turned out that the Santana knit had to be altered by them to work.

k9heart_soul @eliflonder so they responded that since it was not purchased directly from them it's not under warranty, I had the sense it could be repaired they just didn't want to do it. Maybe check your area for a knitting repair shop. Let me know if you find someone, I can send photo of the cut area.
