I am happy to negotiate and thrilled to bundle. Especially bundling those $15 or less items will get you a great deal because when you just buy one item the fees and shipping incentives leave only a few dollars. Also I comply with Poshmark rules like shipping through your registered address, not offering side deals. Also please do not lowball. Most Poshers are happy to negotiate even at their reduced $ but it is just insulting to offer nearly nothing for a NWT fair offering.
