Surely you must have mistaken your order from us with someone else. We wash and iron out items before they are packaged and they are placed in a sealed plastics bag. We ship same day otherwise next day. And you got a thank you card and a free thank you gift. I feel I deserve a 5 star rating as you had even agreed that you liked the item you purchased from me. Thank you in advance for being fair in considering my request. I look forward to hearing from you or seeing a change in the rating.

Hello. I see you gave me a 2-star rating stating that I can improve the item description and the cleanliness of my item. Please elaborate on this. All other ratings are 5-star rating on my other items and make sure I send out clean items. I gave a detailed description of the item you purchased. As far as cleanliness, it was brand new, w/ manufacturers tags. I inspected the item prior to shipment. Please reconsider your rating because I know it absolutely deserves a higher rating. Thank you.
