joannemarieeee Hi, @justreasons I’m terribly sorry about the backpack. That doesn’t sit well with me at all. Anything I can do to fix the problem I will. I’m usually good with my descriptions & mentioning any flaws & photographing them also. That way the buyer has the choice on whether to proceed with any purchase from me. The fact that I failed to mention & photos were not added is very upsetting. I understand. Please let me know what I can do to make this better for you. Again, my apologies. Joanne
