toryburchfan62 hi. just got the chsnel sneakers and u can't even get them on my feet! box shows 39.5 and then 10B. I'm a 9.5/10 and I cant even get them thru the hight top part. please accept my return?

nolashoper @toryburchfan62 i just need to clear this up. The box does says 39.5 the listing says 39.5 but you brought the shoe because you need an 40? There are no multiple sizes. If the inside of shoe says 39.5 above picture of shoe says 39.5 where are you getting sn 10 from? I rather you would have ssid you can't fit the shoe rather than saying i didn't have the right shoe in the box

toryburchfan62 @nolashoper I'm sorry but I never ever insinuated that you had the wrong shoe in wrong box. what I'm trying to explain is that the box showed a euro 39.5 and then a U.S. 10B. then in your ad you indicated 9.5 also. Apparently Chanel sizes are very off, because the 39.5 must be an 8.5 in U.S. since I couldn't even get my U.S. size 9.5 foot into it. I researched and seems like a 40 is a U.S. 9. SO it seems appropriate to translate the 39.5 as 8.5.
