Hello, glad you finally got the hat, noticed you gave me 4 stars for the ship time, could improve.. just wanted to let you know it was not my fault ..on the 17th I got a notice from the post office that this package would be delayed, I’m sorry I assumed you got the notice too.. I did my best to pack the hat where it would be delivered to you in the best condition and not crushed by the post office handlers or damaged by weather..
