allkindofkinds @dorothysatterwh You dont give someone a low rating & say that I need to improve description because a shoe didnt fit you. The rating process is 2 asses the sellers performance, shipping time, item cleanliness, condition accuracy, etc. The rating has nothing to do with the product. I do this as a full time job, this is how I make a living. I work hard to provide a nice service. Dont give me a low rating & then say "looking forward to doing business with me again" You wont because you are blocked
