@ruth1938 hi there..sorry I just bought these off of another seller on here that carries a lot of KS for 46. Unfortunately I accepted them before trying them on and as it turns out they were a 9.5 and not a 10. I was just so excited cause I loved them . At my listed price I already lost money therefore I have stay firm on price.

This item is brand new therefore cleanliness is not an issue, not sure what you are referringto The item description includes what Kate Spade’s site shows. Hi there! I’m really really sorry you somehow didn’t receive your order. However, that is an issue that should be taken up with poshmark. I did my part in shipping and took a lot of time packaging them super cute. The one star review really affects my status on here. @nicolebabyy23 Hi Dorothy! I’m so sorry to see that you never received your item. I’m wondering if it would be possible to double check that the shipping address you prepared is the correct one. I noticed that you had a similar issue in the comment eighth above mine. For future reference, once an items shows as delivered, the buyer has 3 full days to report an issue (including the package never having been delivered). Continued below...

Poshmark can very easily resolve situations when they are reported within the 3 day period. Once the 3 day period is over, the package is automatically confirmed as delivered. However, I would encourage you to reach out to Poshmark and send them an email that says your package was never received. I will do the same for you if you would like me to (just let me know). @ruth1938 I have already contacted Poshmark and USPS. I filled a missing mail report with USPS. Seeing that your usps tracking number status says your package was delivered, I wait for the companies response.
You have to also submit an inquiry with poshmark, saying that your package wasn't delivered. So we can easily resolve this issue.

@ruth1938 If your USPS package has failed to reach your residence or has been stolen from your property.
This does not reflect on the quality of my item. As well as in my ability as a seller to promptly package and send out your purchased item.
I was surprised by your 1 star rating. Seeing that I pride myself in carefully packaging very item I sell with lots of love and attention.
I hope you reconsider your rating and know that I'm doing my best to quickly resolve this issue for you.
