shishkabob26 I find it hard to believe the shoes fell apart as those were my own shoes purchased new and literally worn once inside! I have foot problems and often buy shoes that I try inside and then never wear again. You should have return ed them if there were any issues. I totally inspected them before shipping. Just wow! My only under 5 star rating ever. Contact Poshmark for a return if there is a problem. My photos show the exact condition of these shoes.

shishkabob26 @dorothy1973 I don't know how to do returns on Poshmark as I never have had one and only have been selling since late summer. I think you have to contact Poshmark, but I thought that you had to do it within 3 days?? You can contact them as I don't know how they do it. But I know it has to be done through them.

dorothy1973 @shishkabob26 So, how do I return them? They look in good shape. It is the soles of the shoes. I don’t know why they have fallen apart. I wore them 1 time to work. My one foot kept going side ways all night. When I got home I was shocked that both shoes soles were separating. I am really disappointed! I am sure you were not aware that they would do this. I’m new to buying things from poshmark and didn’t know I could return things. I can send you pictures of the shoes if you don’t believe me!

shishkabob26 @dorothy1973 Contact them asap. I really am not sure how it works, but you need to go through them. I cannot do a return on my own. If you go under Your Purchases, there is a link that says Problems/Order Inquiry. I would start there.

shishkabob26 Rating me one star was not the thing to do if there was an issue. I sent them immediately, packed them nicely. You got them in 2 days and I was not aware of any issues with them as they looked perfect. I take pride in what I sell and would never have sold them if I knew there was an issue.

shishkabob26 I would have been more than happy to take them back, but it has to be done through Poshmark.You can always change your rating. But one star is for the whole sale process, and I don't think I deserved that. I did have a perfect 5 star rating, and now I will never have that again.

shishkabob26 Did you contact Poshmark yet? I haven't heard anything. Also, you should rate me as a seller-not for a defective product I knew nothing about. You got your item in 2 days from purchase. Packaged nicely with pride. Seems you never have given any high ratings/love notes.
