Hi Doris can you please let me know if you receive a pair of blowfish sneakers I think I mixed your order up with someone else so I will have to switch your order somehow if you can ship back to me that would be great I am so sorry about this. Please let me know if you receive a different order than what you wanted😞Someone else received your shoes I am so upset that this happened and I don’t know how I did that I may have put the wrong shipping label on the box

@pyt0311 OK but in order to send them back you have to go through Poshmark so they’ll give you a shipping label for free you don’t need to spend the money please

I just left post office. You should rec'd the package by Thursday- no later than Friday. I have a copy of tracking number, but cannot attach a photo.

Hey Doris is Alison again trying to get in touch with you you need to go through Poshmark in order to get a shipping label and this way they will cancel the order for the sneakers you were all going to end up getting charge for them if you do not and they give you a shipping label so that you don’t have to ship them back on your own money I feel really bad about this and I tried to let you know but I guess you didn’t get my message please on your end cancel the order To stop the charge😞

Please get back to me when you get my message you have to contact Poshmark in order to stop payment just go to problems and inquiries on your phone in your Poshmark app😊I hope you get my message do you have three days to cancel the order

Sorry, I have been on vacation. I will eat the $12, I spent for returning the shoes, but I do not want the sandals and I want a refund. Per the tracking information you have received the returned product.

Hi Doris I was trying to get back with you you need to contact Poshmark you need to actually go to your problems and inquiries and set up a complaint. Customer needs to do that before the product is delivered within three business days of delivery please go to problems/inquired. And report the incident to Poshmark under your name they will send you a refund😊

I do not have control over the funds going back-and-forth they are the only ones that can give you the refund at this point.Send them your name your full name and send them a message about the product that you purchased and let them know that you shipped it back to me so that they can send you a refund
