Hi Donna. Thank you for purchasing the doily! I am writing to inform you that the pkg. is so small, that it must have gotten lost in the mail carrier's truck! When Poshmark sent me a message that I needed to ship the pkg., I was puzzled, cuz I mailed it days ago. My hubby went to the post office today & explained that, & mentioned that it was not tracking. We noticed that it must have been found, as it is tracking now. I apologize for delays that were out of my control. Blessings.

@donnaloftis OK I am going to cancel both on my end then you can you go back and at the bottom of the screen it says like offer by now or underneath that line it says “add to bundle “ click on “add to bundle “ then find your next pair of scrub pants and put add to bundle and then pay now and it will only charge you one shipping and not two! (every seven dollars makes a difference these days )let me know if you’re having trouble

Hi Donna: This is Nancy and you bought a sweater from me on 11/29. I put the sweater in the mail 2 days ago (on Nov 30th) and it still has not started tracking. I have opened a case with USPS asking to find it and start the tracking process. :-( USPS is sooo swamped right now and struggling. I just wanted you to know that I was monitoring this situation. Hello! You probably saw the alert about shipping carrier delays with respect to your package. I shipped this from the USPS counter on Monday morning, 4/19 as promised but the post office is reporting some lingering delays. Good morning! I have filed 2 inquiries with USPS-neither inquiry is showing in the tracking history nor have I received any response so far other than an email that they received it. This is atypical. Plus it hasn’t scanned in 6 days and it is 10 since I mailed it from the USPS counter. I am going to reach out to Poshmark today. So sorry. Thanks for your patience.

Hi Donna. Poshmark customer support has responded basically that the package shows as delayed but in transit and that we should continue to wait until 5/7 and then reach out again. You could contact customer support separately if you wish. I am still waiting to hear from Cookeville. Also I’m going to check with my local USPS to see what they can find out. I am so sorry for the delivery issues. Hopefully it will show up soon. If it does, please let me know.

Received a call this afternoon from USPS (Ken) in response to my inquiry. Your pkg has not actually scanned since FL. The TN notation is just a container not the actual pkg. Ken thinks it was misdirected to FL & hopes it will show up soon. He declined to term it “lost.” Suggested we wait a few more days & told me he was closing this inquiry which is why it shows as “closed” under tracking. Pls know I am checking multiple times per day still. If need be I will refile w/USPS & contact PM again.

Poshmark did not yet respond to my last request so I have just written yet again asking for a credit on your behalf. I am so very sorry. Poshmark retains that authority so I cannot do it on my own. You may want to contact PM as well if you haven’t already. I have one more of this item in my closet and would be happy to set it aside for you pending resolution of this order.

@donnaloftis I do not blame you. Unfortunately I cannot issue it. Only Poshmark can do that and they do not monitor these comments. I have requested them to issue credit to you two times already. Whether the item eventually shows up or not I believe you are entitled to full credit. I recommend you contact them as well. If you go to your sales there should be a clickable link for “problems” or “contact support.”

We have reached out to our support team and had your case forwarded to the correct team member for response. Thank you for your patience.” Hopefully a full refund will be issued to you soon.

@donnaloftis Good news. Poshmark finally processed this as a lost item last night and refunded you for the purchase. You should have received an email from PM support explaining it. Sometimes the lost package will eventually arrive and if so it is yours- no need to do anything further. While I am glad this was resolved, I am so sorry for the frustration and hope all your future purchases are Posh perfect. :) Best, Susan

I saw you bought the Pioneer Woman oval bake pans . I needed to let you know before I send them that they had some spots like smugges on pans. and I wanted to tell you this before I send them .
