indigosue Hi Donna! This has never happened but it has been quite some time since I was a size 4 so the skirt has been on the hanger for years. Itvwas hard to get the hanger clips off and there is some glue transfer on the waist. I am so sorry. I took pictures if you want to see. Happy to cancel the order and re-post showing it as well. I did not receive any explanation, just saw that the purchase was cancelled. Needless to say, I was very disappointed becuz this is a Xmas present for my son who has had a difficult year due to virtual school & basically a 8 month lockdown.
