silverlady1986 Donna I wanted you to know that I put a new battery in the watch before mailing it out to you. The battery was new but had been in our jewelry inventory for several years since I retired, so the battery may have been weak. When I set the watch the first time it didn't start but then I tried it again by pulling the stem out and pushing it back in and it started running. I would take it to a jeweler to get a new battery put in if it doesn't start running. let me know.
