hi @dollkemp I'm so sorry but I just realized I sent you the wrong navy shoes 🤦♀️🤦♀️ I packed a few orders yesterday & for whatever reason when I went to grab them I grabbed the wrong ones. The only reason I even just figured it out was because I was sharing to the party, saw them & wondered why they weren't marked sold?? I'm SO sorry. I'm going to open a case with Posh for them to send me another label & I'll send them to you. You can just keep the ones you have now SORRY!!

@dollkemp I opened a ticket for them yesterday to send me another label. I'm just waiting for it. Thank you for being so understanding. I really don't know what I was thinking! But seriously keep the wrong ones when they get there if you'd like. They're not your size but feel free to sell them or give them away.

@dollkemp hello I'm so sorry this is taking so long. I haven't received another label as of yet. Once they arrive please open up a case on your end & maybe that will trigger something faster. Maybe they wait for it to arrive first?

@dollkemp hi I'm confused? You accepted the shoes, gave me a bad rating & commented you didn't get what you ordered. We knew that? I thought you would open a case letting Posh know you received the incorrect item? I already had but they must've wanted you to receive the item first. But now that you've accepted the item I'm not sure what they will do?

@dollkemp it's ok I just felt bad that you thought I was somehow trying to pull something shady on you. The problem is it's now accepted so I'm not sure what they'll do.

@dollkemp just go into "my purchases" in your menu. From there you'll find an option to "edit rating" And you'll also see something towards the bottom that says "problem or contact Poshmark " or something like that. From there you can say what the issue is & that we're waiting for a shipping label. They still haven't answered me yet. I think it's because you have to report the issue. I'm not sure its going to let you tho on an accepted item but try & Lmk if it worked.Thank you!
