Hi Diane, I was not sure if you have seen my messages regarding the return of your boots. In order for you to return them you must file in inquiry with Poshmark. To do that go to your purchases, click on the boots, click on problem/order inquiry, then click contact support and request a return for the reasons of sizing and damage. let me know if you have any questions about the process.
