Hi! I see that you purchased some LipSense glosses from me. I am trying to find out if I can ship them all together or if I have to use three different boxes, as Poshmark sent me three separate shipping labels. I’ve emailed them (early Tuesday morning) and am waiting on their response. They said it is usually about 24 hrs to receive a response so I’m hoping to hear from them ASAP and ship your items today (Wednesday the 23rd).

I received an email response from Poshmark. They want me to cancel the order and allow you to bundle it (which you already did) and I’m not comfortable doing that because then the items are available and someone else can claim them. I’ve emailed them back and asked if there are any other options. If not, I’ll send them all separately. So sorry for this confusion!!!!

@dlear7 I don’t know what happened. I’m not the one who directly charges you shipping. As I’ve explained previously, I was in contact with Poshmark for assistance with this order. They sent me three labels and I emailed them twice about this. I messaged you multiple times as well. I followed their instructions. Poshmark is who charges you and them sends me my funds. I’m new to Poshmark and don’t know exactly how it all works.

From looking at the orders, they all have separate order numbers. And when I click “view bundle”, it only shows one item per order. I think maybe you purchased them separately instead of adding them all to one bundle and then purchasing them, but I’m not sure.

@lbeasley41908 no I added to bundle for sure not separate ordered one then added two more I should get my 15 percent discount I would have never ordered that Matt gloss because I only did to get the discount plus one shipping charge. Thank you for making them fix this. I could be your favorite customer but right now I’m justifiably unhappy

@dlear7 I understand you are unhappy. Maybe there was a glitch because when I look at the orders, one doesn’t even show “view bundle” and the two that do show “view bundle” only have one item under the clothes hanger (which is how you tell how many items are in your bundle). If there was anyway for me to change your charge to reflect the 15% discount or to have changed the shipping label and only charge you one shipping fee, I would. I will let you know as soon as I hear back from Poshmark.

I received an email back from Poshmark about an hour ago. I tried to copy and paste here, but messages can’t be longer than 500 characters.
They assured me that I handled the situation correctly and that you will need to reach out to them directly.
Again, I apologize for all of this. Unfortunately, it’s out of my control. Please email Poshmark directly for resolution.

@dlear7 you have to go through the Poshmark Support Center. You can find that by going into your profile (I guess that’s what it is called). On my phone, it’s the bottom right and has my email address. I click on that and then scroll down to the support center and click on that. I don’t know if it’ll be the same on yours.

@lbeasley41908 I sent them one. They told you the right way at first not sure why they changed it. I don’t understand why you didn’t give me the discount on my bundle. I’ve bought many things before from other people they adjust their invoices and give me discounts and one shipping charge.

@dlear7 You didn’t bundle them correctly. I have no way to post the pictures here, but I have screenshots of your orders. You did create a bundle but didn’t add the items to the bundle. I don’t know if that was you or a glitch, but I do know they weren’t bundled properly.

I messaged you on here several times over a two day period before sending the items. They need to be shipped within two days per Poshmark (they will cancel the order if not sent within 7 days, but advise shipping within 2), so in order to keep to that schedule, after I reached out to Poshmark TWICE (and messaged you several times with no response) I followed their advice when I never heard back from you.

And if I had cancelled the order to begin with, the items would have been available for someone else to purchase. I had other people asking about them and since you weren’t responding to me, I didn’t want someone else to get them. I reached out to Poshmark a THIRD time after you finally responded to me and they told me I handled the situation appropriately and did nothing wrong. I am very sorry this has happened, but it is NOT my fault and I’ve been trying to resolve the issue.

I haven’t even received payment for the items because you haven’t accepted the order and Poshmark won’t pay me until you do (or maybe like three days after you received them if they don’t receive anything from you). Please let me know when you hear back from Poshmark.
