Although I can tell you always takes me > 30 minutes, I do try to do it as much as possible, and it does really help with sales. Also, I get no compensation for putting this out there. Apparently they attempted to deliver on Fri & again today but neither time were successful. There may be a notice for you left by P.O. in your box. Either way this is most concerning. lauramaelawson Hi Deborah, We just installed the Nests today, and only one of the two nests work. They require to be charged before installing (we have other ones, so know how they work) and only one of the two light up. We installed that one successfully however the other is dead. Could you please reach out for assistance in this? Thank you

dcolarusso @lauramaelawson Hi Laura, sorry I was away in the mountains without cell service. I’m glad you figured everything out. When I installed them in my house they lost charge because I don’t have a strong enough powerline. Based on the configuration of my home it was not a possibility to add a good enough powerline to the nest. I have to buy a thermostat that has a replaceable battery. I’m glad that’s not an issue for you guys!

I’ve been away from the area for a very long time so it’s been quite a few years since I’ve seen them. My parents still live in Brockton.
