@deversrenee Hi Devon! I sincerely apologize for the security tag being on that beanie!! It was a bday or graduation gift to my daughter from a lady that she used to babysit for here + I have NO CLUE as to why she wouldn’t have noticed it on there + have it removed!!😡 Are you able to get it removed? I started to but didn’t want to delay in getting it to you. I’m sure if you took it to a store + told them it was a gift they would do it.

If you’re having trouble, just send back + I’ll do it + return it. I’m so sorry.. really. ☹️ I was going to get my husband to remove it but he said they’re full of ink so I didn’t want to damage it. 😣

@livingin360 thank you so much for the message. I honestly have been debating what to do considering the security tag. I really wanted this particular hat but I don't live near a LuLu store nor do I frequent the mall, so this was an inconvenient and disappointing surprise. I don't know that I would have agreed to buy it knowing I would have to deal with this to wear it, and I definitely know I would have pushed to pay less.

That being said, it's hard for me to let go of the hat now that I have it so I have been trying to make a decision about whether to return it or just hold onto it until I can get to the store. I appreciate your sweet card and follow up...only being honest here :)

@deversrenee I totally understand your decisions regarding the tag. And, I honesty forgot it was on there until I got it out to ship it. Do you have a friend that works retail? I do, but again, I didn’t want to delay shipment bc she works at our mall on the other side of town.

Regardless, if you decide to send it back, that’s fine, and I will figure out a way to remove it + ship back to you. Not sure how to handle it through PM, with it being a denied or cancelled purchase..🤔😐
