posherie @deidramayse Hi, the shipping rate is set by poshmark, it is a flat rate. I really came way down on the price for you. but I will be willing to take 2 more dollars off of the duster to help you with the cost of the shipping. so if you put in an offer for $33.00, I will accept your offer. unfortunately once someone declines, poshmark freezes me from putting in another offer, I guess to not bother the customer. hope that works for you! 😊
