nyfashionstore hi thank you for your patience, I contacted poshmark support 3 separate times and no one gave me any clear direction since it was their fault, this has never happened to me, so I found out where your package is, it is safe and unopened I contacted the individual who has it, I think the best thing to do is to request to return the package you got that way I can send you both your correct package when both get back to me it would take a few days, again I’m so sorry for this inconvenience

grandeb54 Hey, I went ahead and rated the ring but I haven’t gotten the package. Maybe it will come tomorrow. That’s ok. This crazy app wouldn’t let me go back out of the rating page. I had to go to a funeral and I didn’t get to mail the package back to you because I forgot it and the post office closed on me. I have an appointment tomorrow and I will take the package in the morning before I go to it. I’m sorry.

I can’t rate anything right now because all it does is spin and spin and it won’t bring up where the item was delivered. I’ve contacted Poshmark Support but I’m waiting to hear from them.
