wash my face with soap and water.put my moisturizer on in the morning before makeup and at the end of the day after make up is off. And once sometimes 2 or 3, depending on how I'm feeling I will put 3 towels over my neck and face then lay down in my tanning bed and sweat as much has possible. I call it tetoxifing. I will stay in there for 2 30 min sessions. taking a five min break in between. I feel great afterwords and my pores and whatever stuff I had in my body or on my face is done
