@dnatalino Hi there! just wondering why you gave me 4 stars ,when both items were brand new ,shipped next day and wrapped securely?? not to mention the huge discount plus discount shipping? doesn't seem fair especially without a reason

@originalsbyliss Hi! I thought 4 stars is a great rating? I will say I didn’t feel it was very fair to tell me my offer was bad considering you did accept. The 5 star ratings I’ve given in the past came with a little gift of sorts (candy, face wipes, one time facial mask, etc.) and a thank you card, so I guess I was comparing. I am happy to change the rating as the items are in great condition. I did think they were both used and not brand new though. And yes, the shipping speed was fast.

@dnatalino in my defense, i use to always include a little gift, a thankyou card etc..but only on a rare occasion would anybody even acknowledge it, so i gave up ,but yes 4 stars bring down overall ratings, and posh will even step in at some point, which ive never had happen because i wouldn't sell anything damaged, stained ripped etc..i thankyou for reaching out and maybe i will start adding extras again😉
