Hi Dawn, I don’t know how else to contact you but this way. I am SO SORRY about the problems with the shoes!! I feel horrible, and of course I will refund your money! I have reached out to Poshmark about how to go about it, and if I don’t hear back from them by tomorrow I will just mail you a check, if that is ok by you. @heyroindi I just found out that the timeframe for returns is 72 hours. I missed the deadline. No big deal, just a bummer cuz the shoes were cute before they fell apart😊
