dwnjnsh09 @rleden thanks you for your response. I actually made this purchase for my niece. Who was not too thrilled. She loves the boots, but annoyed that she has to buy something to replace the insoles. Not sure what you can do to help unless you still have the insoles in tact and you can mail them to her. 🤷‍♀️ Otherwise it's all good. She'll figure it out. Thanks
