dbaa Hello hey I accidentally received your "loft dress size 10) and my gray bebe sweater is being sent to you. I have opened a case in posh (I apologize for this this is such a waste of time!! I have a pre employment trip I have to drive 5 hours on Monday to be at and I wanted my sweater lol) but I promise I'm keeping your dress in a safe place no smoke no pets / still in original packaging etc I opened it said "what is this I didn't order this where's my gray sweater so I can get the rating done?"

dbaa Then I had to go via posh and click "wrong item sent" and take pics and they will send me a label and it will unfortunately go back to the seller.. this is what happens when ppl trust other ppl to pack their bags w other people's purchases!!) that's what the seller told me.. but I'm just frustrated bc I have no extra time for this.. I will make the time but it's crazy.. you buy something you should get what u buy. Ok so please help me get my sweater and

dbaa I will keep your dress safe and I will take it on my trip with me (I'm driving not flying) if the label is there before I leave I will do it on the way out. I don't have a working printer so I have to go to the library to print the label and this is to avoid paying for shipping. Sorry we had to meet this way but please just return my sweater I really wanted it.. and I will keep your dress safe and make sure it gets to you. Ty I'm dbaa

dbaa If you have any questions please message me I will help you if you need help. Don't do the rating!! # 1 bc that means you have to keep the item go to the drop boxes that say "wrong item delivered" it will activate your camera on your phone and you can snap a few pics then you "open up a case" it happens automatically it's just so they can send you a free shipping label. Sorry for this bad experience I see you are new to posh. I have been on here for a year and never had this happen!!

dbaa Oh ty so much yes posh will be sending both of us labels and unfortunately they will go back to the seller (wonderful) and then back to us!! She told me that she hands her stuff to the ppl at the post office place and they pack it for her but she told you that she put the wrong labels on there.. idk what the truth is and I'm not trying to talk bad about the seller but I told her bc

dbaa I've been purchasing off this site for a year now and this has NEVER happened to me.. I said "you shouldn't trust anyone to pack your things and the package I received I think had a wrapped plaid paper over it but I had a few items come in at once so I'm not sure.. but I do know this is a pain. I live in Texas and will be driving to dallas on Monday a 5 hour drive but I'm going to take the dress w me and it will be packed unless u live in that area then

dbaa I would say we could meet up real quick and swap but I didn't notice where you were located. So other than that we just have to wait it out posh is pretty quick about labels and I can print mine up before I leave if they send it Monday morning but if not there will be places in Dallas that I can visit to help me get it mailed back

dbaa I appreciate all your help in this I am protecting your dress and it looks fine I didn't look at it long just laid it out so I could snap a pic or two and put it back. Like I said I have no pet (well I have a cat but she's not allowed in my room ever!) and I don't smoke so it's 100% safe so ty very very much!! Sorry this happened!! dbaa Hey I’m in Hurst tx for a FEMA convention to try to be deployed to a disaster area but I was told I would be doing nothing until my fingerprints came in but that is not true! I’ve had to do a ton of crazy stuff. There is a fed ex store and the label came in wed. So I am trying

dbaa To figure out how to get this back to u bc I know it has to go through Usps which means the post office if u have any ideas to help me out let me know!! I don’t know if fedex will take a Usps package and I have to print the label on top of that I caught something up here this has been a complete nightmare!!

dbaa Hey I sent the label to the lady at the front desk and she is going to help me she printed the label and is going to bring me some tape I apologize like I said this is the worst time this screw up could have happened and this has NEVER happened to me before I apologize but I was uninformed by my company of what they were doing and going to be doing and I refuse to stay here if I have to wait 3 weeks in a hotel for my assignment

dbaa Ok so sorry about all of this but the nice lady at the hotel printed the label for me bc I don’t have a printer I’m in a hotel lol and she showed it to me and said she would put it in a new package bc the top was opened and she said she had new envelopes and they would pick it up and as soon as it gets to the seller u will see “shipping rerouted” in your purchase status ok? If u have any more questions for me just ask!!

dbaa I am so sorry this happened but I did keep your dress safe and in its package the whole time it was sitting on my hotel couch so it’s safe I took it out to take a pic and put it back and I packed it safe in my tote bag w a zipper while I drove up here. Ty ❤️ dbaa
