Hi there, I think everything is good. This was my first time selling anything on the site and I was confused how it worked. I emailed the company and they explained to me that I am supposed to ship and then when you receive it you will do something online to say you accept it (I guess) and then the money is released to me. So I shipped it on the 20th. You should receive it soon. Sorry for my confusion 🙂. Take care
