a_fans_fan Hello I have packed up everything the first thing I had to find a box big enough. Now because it’s so many items it’s 24lbs I’ve never had an order this big. I contacted support but have yet to get a response the only thing I can think of is splitting the order into two orders. I would still need two shipping labels

a_fans_fan @janeth8709 hi sorry I received an email from support saying that we would have to cancel the order because they only support boxes up to 10lbs. Once it’s cancelled then we would have to do separate bundles because it’s so many items. I just left the post office I attempted to send the second box on my own. They basically returned both so sorry for the inconvenience that this is causing. Upon canceling I would still give you the same price you would just have to pay more for shipping.
