Hi! I'm Danuta. Rather than a few favorite designers, I am all about the classics with a twist but between 2 surgeries, moving and retiring, my closet is a mess hence the clear out. 😊 and then everyone in my family who has stuff to clear out is handing it off to me. 🖐 So now I have all kinds of stuff... I’m spending as much time with them as possible and help them in all ways I can. They are so precious to me. Glad to see you back. ❤️

dajco @gloriasgalleria Thank you! My mother was 88 and passed just before Christmas. Even when a parent is well into their 80’s and you expect it, it’s still surprisingly hard. I have been selling so much from my men’s closet I’m just wondering if you think this is a trend or if you’ve noticed it as well. dajco @hi2shine funny you should say that about my closet...I was admiring your layouts! I have no patience. Really haven’t done much men’s, but I see men buying my women’s things for wives, daughters, etc so they are out there. I also read something similar on the Posh blog and that $ wise they are spending. I wish I knew what trends??? I’ve started listing on Posh and after 2 weeks I just cross list on two other platforms. The 1 piece of advice everyone’s given is do not go the Boutique route.

dajco @nicpiky welcome to the craziness! Lol!!! Now I just try to put every possible detail in my initial listing...and even then they’ll ask for more! Or ask a question which I already answered in my listing! 🤪 I just go with the flow now after selling a pair of distressed jeans and then the buyer complained that they had holes in them! Duh? I actually went into a funk cause I never had a complaint in 2 years over 3 platforms! But 99% of the transactions are smooth if you’re honest and patient! 👍

nicpiky Hi, just a question, why do people keep wanting me to email them and then tell me they are sending me a cashiers check and for me to give them my address and number and they pay for shipping? Instead of paying through Poshmark? Is this a scam? I’ve had this twice now and never received $$ for it. But I haven’t shipped anything either!

dajco @nicpiky Scam!!! And actually Poshmark wants these people reported. They are out there especially when it comes to higher priced goods. Policy very clearly states that it all has to go through Poshmark which protects both the buyer and the seller. Thank goodness you didn’t ship! You’d never see the money. I hope things are going well otherwise!

dajco @nicpiky Please do....it’s the only way Poshing works. As to sales, I noticed that you’ve done very few shares, but have followers...I would recommend sharing their listings. Most will then share your listings in turn. Not only will they be looking at your closet and maybe buy something, but one of their followers may see something. Also don’t forget to share your own closet as much as possible. Also Just know that August is the worst month for sales!🤪

nicpiky Good morning, I have a question, this lady ordered a bundle of three items and I couldn’t believe that I had sold the third item and I asked her if she wanted the brown one or just the 2 items and I would still give 10% off . So how do I fix the billing part so they don’t charge her? And do I send it with the same label?

dajco @nicpiky you can’t do it your self. Go to My Sales and at the bottom click on Problem/ Inquiry. Fill it out with reason. Posh will cancel the entire sale, notify the buyer, and refund the money to her. You will have to relist the 2 items she wants since they will still show up as Sold. After you relist, let the buyer know. She will then have to make up a new bundle and you proceed like a whole new transaction. Hope that’s helpful.
