woraphan Hi Danielle, I am so sorry to hear about the cleanliness of the item. Actually I checked and cleaned it up before packing, but you know how velvet is, it absorbs dust and everything else so easily 😓. Anyway I will be more careful next time and hope to see you again in the future as I do have new clothes and jewelry coming in on a regular basis. Thank you and take care 😊
