lyswartz sorry i only wore it once honestly it did not fit me .. so i am sorry if you saw any stains which are probably part of the design ... i never noticed any snags if you were unhappy i would have gladly accepted a return .. sorry u are unhappy :( i am a mom of three on the run all the time i make mistakes so i will take responsibility if wrong on listings .. again i apologize if there are actual spots snags..😔
