I will accept it but I’m not happy that it took you nine days to create the mailing label. It was purchased Nov 23rd and the label was not created until Dec 2nd. It was picked up on the 4th of December. I don’t think this is a responsible way to do business. I will accept it but only because it will be an inconvenience to go to the post office and mail it back.

@danniellia and I understand 100% and I don't do things this way no excuse but printer wAs out of ink and I asked my 18 year old to goby ups and get it printed and mail it well it didn't happen.. and I truely am sorry that this did happen is there anyway I can make it up to u..
